Jonathan Drane

Jonathan Drane is an award winning Australian non-fiction writer and poet. His personal works concentrate on manhood, and his life experiences as a father, son and husband.

Although Jonathan started writing poetry at the age of 12, his works remained hidden until he was 50 years old.

Events in his own life during his 40's triggered a personal journey, and resulted in the creation of life stories which we can all relate to.

His autobiographical works provide searing accounts of how he sought the truth within his own life, and his own escape from depression which he saw as a natural process (in his case).

His poetic works include mystical stories to verse which mirror the human condition, such as "The Curlew Song" and " The Viking Ship".

To read Jonathan's work is to face your own life head on. We welcome you to the challenge and the magic of seeking the truth in your own life.. whatever that is.

Other Titles By Jonathan

Jonathan also writes 'self-help' titles which draw on his extensive experience in commercial building and property development.

He has created The Author's Friend which helps new authors to reach readers, gain exposure and self publish their works on-line. Jonathan uses a model which he calls 'book development' which draws on his experience in property development, and applies similar principles.

Jonathan has also created The Renovator's Friend which helps home renovators to prepare for the renovation experience. Through an on-line training centre and his helpful topic videos, home renovators can 'get smart quick' and be ready to launch into their new renovation on budget and time!
