Building Defects An Enablement Model. The research project involves different views of how to solve the crisis in defects. This model shows the key enablers that work from the earliest land acquisition and development concept through to land transfer, development, sales and occupation. The graphic is part of a presentation made in 2019 at the request of the Minister for Planning Rob Stokes (in liaison with his department).
